Week ONE dONE
Week ONE is dONE, ONE club run, ONE interval session, ONE bodypump class, ONE easy/recovery run, ONE #winterswim, ONE spin class, ONE parkrun, ONE long slow run, ONE recovery swim.
I missed ONE bodypump class as for some reason the gym was closed on 1.1.11
I have munched my way through ONE bag of carrots, ONE pound of apples then devoured ONE apple pie, ONE bag of chocolate snowbites and equivalent of ONE box of pick n mix sweets.
I lost ONE K in weight (thur) and put ONE back on (I briefly dropped back in to the stONE I was last year)
